Green Planet Pro’s flexible postponement terms ensure peace of mind: all bookings for 2021 and 2022 can be postponed up to 10 days before the departure date with no additional charges.

We achieve this by extending free postponements and vetting for the safest itineraries and accommodations possible. Travel Credit

Remember you get 100% travel credit for postponements up to 10 days before the start of your trip. If you need to postpone your trip 7-10 days before departure, you will be able to apply 65 percent of your travel credit toward a later date. Under 7 days? You’ll still be able to apply 50 percent of your credit toward a later date.

*Postponement Policy Notes:

1. Postponement policy applies to all new bookings beginning May 1st, 2020.
2. International and domestic airfare is not applicable to the postponement terms. Green Planet Pro will use the airline’s postponement and cancellation policies. In most cases, a $20 change fee and difference in airfare applies.
3. A very select few hotels have different postponement terms. Your travel advisor will make you aware of these exceptions at the time of booking. These will be reviewed case by case and negotiated with the hotel.
4. Please note that for large groups (e.g. 10 or more traveling together) or special quotes and services, different postponement deadlines may apply.
5. The above terms are valid for postponements only. For cancellations, standard cancellation policy applies.
